Sports Tiger confirms India’s participation in the upcoming PMGC 2025. Krafton India will hold two major tournaments in H2, meaning from September/October to December, and the winner of one of the tournaments will travel to Thailand for the PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2025.
Recently, India participated in the PUBG Mobile World Cup 2025 at the Esports World Cup 2025 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The winner of the BMPS 2025, Team Aryan x TMG, represented the country in the World Cup; now another slot is set for India in global tournaments.
The PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2025 will take place from November to December in Thailand, featuring 39 teams. There are three invited slots in the tournament; one of the slots will be given to the host country in the Grand Finals, and the second is now confirmed for India.
Earlier, Krafton had canceled the BGMI Franchise League 2025 due to unfavorable conditions. But now, they have announced two big tournaments that will take place between September and December 2025.
In 2025, Krafton India already hosted two major events. The first was Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2025, held from January to April, with the Grand Finals in Kolkata, where Team Versatile became champions. The second was Battlegrounds Mobile India Pro Series (BMPS) 2025, played from May to July, with the Grand Finals in New Delhi. Team Aryan x TMG won the title and also represented India at the Esports World Cup 2025 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
