Harry Brook smashed a sensational century to help England beat Pakistan by two wickets in the Super 8 match of the 2026 WT20. This was the first century by any England captain in T20I. Harry Brook completed
his century in just 50 balls. He also made history by becoming the only captain to score a T20I century in a WT20. The previous best was Chris Gayle who had scored 98 as captain. Harry Brook reached the 100-run mark by hitting Shaheen Shah Afridi for a four on the fifth ball of the 17th over of England’s innings in the 165-run chase. He brought up his century with a boundary over mid off to Shaheen Afridi.
