Star cricketer Virat Kohli, Test captain Shubman Gill, and former captain MS Dhoni have been featured in the top-10 list of the most talked about Indian personalities in the month of August in 2025. The

data was released by the TweetBlinderX where Gill surpassed both Kohli and Dhoni in a list which also featured Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, opposition leader Rahul Gandhi and South Indian superstar Rajinikanth in the list.

Shubman Gill is currently a hot topic among Indian cricket fans as he was recently appointed as captain for the Test series in England. In his first Test series as captain, Gill led from the front amassing 754 runs from five matches including a double ton as India levelled the five-match series by 2-2.
