A Night of Sorrow
In the early hours of a somber morning in Ghaziabad, a devastating incident shook a residential complex. Three young sisters, whose lives had barely begun,
aged 12, 14, and 16, tragically took their own lives. They are believed to have jumped from the ninth-floor balcony of their apartment in Bharat City. Emergency services were alerted, but upon arrival at the hospital, the girls were pronounced dead, leaving a profound void in their family and community. The precise time of this horrifying event was approximately 2:30 AM, a time when most residents were asleep, unaware of the unfolding tragedy within Flat 907.
Gaming App Connection
Preliminary investigations into this heart-wrenching triple suicide have brought a disturbing potential factor to light: a task-based Korean gaming app. Authorities are exploring the possibility that the sisters may have been deeply engrossed in an online game that presented challenges, leading them to this extreme act. This connection has drawn parallels to the notorious 'Blue Whale' challenge, a dangerous online phenomenon that gained notoriety for its alleged role in encouraging self-harm. The recovered suicide note, containing a poignant apology to their parents, read simply, 'Mummy Papa, we are sorry,' adding another layer of profound sadness to the situation.
Ongoing Investigation
In response to this dire event, the Ghaziabad police have taken swift action. Mobile phones and other digital devices belonging to the sisters have been confiscated. These items will undergo thorough forensic examination to ascertain whether specific in-game tasks or prompts from the suspected gaming application played a direct role in influencing the sisters' decision. Law enforcement is meticulously gathering information by recording statements from the grieving family members and interviewing neighbors. The aim is to piece together a comprehensive understanding of the circumstances that may have led to this catastrophic outcome, seeking any clues that could shed light on the sequence of events preceding the girls' tragic deaths.
