Asian Cricket Council *ACC) President and Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chief Mohsin Naqvi was brutally ignored by members from the Indian cricket team during the post-match ceremony after they emerged victorious in the Asia Cup 2025 final in Dubai. The Men in Blue overpowered their arch-rivals by five wickets to clinch their ninth title.
The post-match ceremony did not happen as the members of the triumphant Indian team decided not to accept medals and trophies from the ACC president due to the stance
he has had on India as a nation in the wake of the recent Pahalgam terror attack. The players could be seen relaxed on the field, chatting around with each other while sitting on the turf with phones in their hands.
