The former India captain also boasts one of the most impressive ODI records in international cricket. In 288 matches, Rohit has accumulated 11,895 runs at an average of 48.95, including 34 centuries. His ability to produce big scores at the top of the order has made him one of India's most successful ODI batters, and his contributions remain crucial to the team's batting lineup.
2. Virat Kohli (384 runs in six innings)
Widely regarded as one of the greatest ODI batters ever,Virat Kohlisits second on India's 2026 ODI run-scorer list, having played six matches and six innings. He has scored 384 runs at an average of 64.00 and a strike rate of 106.66, with a highest score of 124 and 360 balls faced. He was ruled out of the ODI series against Afghanistan in June with a hamstring injury, which limited his appearances this year.
