Summit Access Guidelines
The highly anticipated India AI Impact Summit 2026, scheduled from February 16th to 20th, will implement specific entry protocols for its inaugural day.
While the broader expo will open to the public from February 17th, access to the main summit areas on February 16th will be managed with restrictions. Attendees planning to join the summit can secure entry by registering through the DigiYatra app or by scanning a QR code present on the official summit application at various checkpoints. Entry into the Bharat Mandapam's main hall on February 16th will be facilitated through three designated gates: Gate 4, Gate 7, and Gate 10, each with its own operational timings and regulations to ensure security and smooth flow. Gate 4 will be operational for vehicle drop-offs and pedestrian access from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM, after which access will be subject to stringent security checks. Gate 7 will open for delegates only after 2:00 PM, directing them through the Business Plaza into the Bharat Mandapam Convention Centre. For those utilizing public transport, Gate 10 offers the most convenient access for metro commuters. All other entry points will be subject to security clearance and movement restrictions as per the established protocol. Both the Bharat Mandapam Convention Centre and Sushma Swaraj Bhawan will be accessible to attendees daily from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Logistics and Transportation
Navigating to and within the India AI Impact Summit and Expo 2026 venues requires attention to specific logistical arrangements, particularly concerning transportation and parking. Shuttle services are scheduled to operate from designated parking areas, including Purana Qila Parking, Zoo Parking Space, and JLN Stadium Parking, providing convenient transport to Gate 4 of the Bharat Mandapam. For delegates entering through Gate 4, golf cart services will be available to facilitate their journey to the convention centre, ensuring ease of movement.
