Display and Power
These smart glasses are engineered with advanced optical technology, featuring a pair of 'Japanese ultra-thin' blue light lenses. These lenses are designed to be highly versatile, accommodating a wide range of eye prescriptions from -6 to +6 diopters. This inclusivity ensures that a broad spectrum of users can benefit from the smart features without compromising their vision correction needs. Power management is also a key consideration, with support for both wired and wireless charging solutions integrated into the accompanying case. The company estimates that a single charge of the glasses will provide approximately four hours of continuous use. Furthermore, when utilizing the wireless charging case, users can expect an impressive battery backup extending up to 48 hours, significantly enhancing the practicality for daily wear. A notable charging speed is also highlighted, with the glasses capable of reaching a 50 percent charge in roughly 15 minutes, a convenient feature for those on the go.
Performance and Connectivity
Under the hood, the B by Lenskart smart glasses are powered by the cutting-edge Qualcomm Snapdragon AR1 Gen 1 chipset, promising robust performance for its array of smart functionalities. Complementing this processing power is an ample 32GB of internal storage, providing sufficient space for apps and data. For seamless integration with your digital life, the glasses are compatible with a wide range of modern smartphones, requiring iOS 18 or a later version, and Android 12 or newer operating systems. Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity ensures a stable and efficient connection to your paired devices. Weighing in at approximately 45 grams, the wearable is designed for comfortable, all-day wear without feeling cumbersome. Interaction with the glasses is intuitive, featuring both touch and voice controls powered by Google's Gemini AI assistant. This advanced AI support extends to over 40 languages and includes sophisticated features like 'Look & Tell', 'Live AI', and 'Live Note Taking', enhancing user experience and productivity.
Camera and Audio
The smart glasses are equipped with a single 12-megapixel ultrawide camera, featuring a high-quality Sony sensor and a 16mm focal length. This camera is capable of capturing video in various scenarios, offering resolutions of up to 1080p at 30 frames per second in landscape orientation. For vertical video recording, such as for social media content, it can achieve up to 1,440p at 30 frames per second. Audio experience is also a priority, with the inclusion of a dual-directional speaker unit designed to deliver clear sound. This is further enhanced by a sophisticated three-microphone setup, which aids in both voice command recognition and potentially in capturing audio for video recordings or calls, contributing to a well-rounded multimedia experience.
