Rajiv Adatia took to X (formerly Twitter) to express his disappointment. He wrote, “Whatever said and done Kunikaji is so much older you can’t get so aggressive man in her face! Just wrong! Amaal needs to calm down. Not looking good and Shehbaaz needs to understand that he’s getting extremely personal and offensive. It’s not funny. #bb19”

Inside the Heated Exchange Between Amaal and Kunickaa

The controversy began during the captaincy task, following a physical altercation between Amaal and Abhishek Bajaj. In the promo, Kunickaa accused Amaal of starting the fight, saying, “Amaal ne uske sar se pehle mara” (Amaal hit his head first).Amaal immediately defended himself and retorted, “Aapko toh 2 paise ki izzat dete hai toh aap sar par chadh jati ho” (Even if someone gives you a little respect, you climb on their head).Kunickaa snapped back, “Arey, teri izzat nahi chahiye, khud ki izzat nahi hai, toh mujhe kya izzat dega” (I don’t need your respect. You don’t respect yourself; how will you respect me?).The argument escalated when Amaal said, “40 saal se aap hi retire ho” (You have been retired for 40 years now). Kunickaa then hit back with a personal remark, “Tu apni family ko sambhal. Teri family mein kya chal raha hai terko acchi tarah se pata hai” (Take care of your own family. You know very well what’s going on in your family).

Amaal countered furiously, “You tried to change my image, what about that? Khud 40 saal se kam nahi kar rahi hai, mujh pe chadh rahi hai dhool banke” (You haven’t been working for 40 years, yet you come after me).Kunickaa reminded him of her career, saying she has worked in more films, and asked, “Iske izzat ki bhookhi hu main?” (Am I hungry for his respect?). Amaal shot back, “Tere izzat kuch nahi hai” (Your respect means nothing), prompting Kunickaa to call him a “bloody liar.”Amaal challenged her to head to the confession room, insisting that footage would prove his point, while Kunickaa accused him of making offensive remarks. The two continued to hurl accusations, with Kunickaa ultimately branding Amaal an “aggressive idiot.”
