Akhanda 2 Thaandavam: Nandamuri Balakrishna Threatens Goons, Scares Horses In Teaser Of Boyapati Srinu's Film

Telugu film star Nandamuri Balakrishna is all set to return to the big screen with the highly anticipated film Akhanda 2: Thaandavam. On 24th October, the makers shared the teaser, titled Akhanda 2 Thaandavam -

Blasting Roar much to the excitement of fans. The visuals feature the actor pack a punch, beat goons to the pulp so much that even horses begin rearing up.

Taking to social media, 14 Reels Plus, the makers of the film posted "WHEN HE ROARS..THE WORLD TREMBLES". Apart from Telugu, the teaser was also released in Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam and Kannada. The visuals show Nandamuri Balakrishna thrash bad guys, and asking them to tone down their voice. He says "I never known which sound will make me smile and which sound me make me angry." The background of the fight sequence is filled with dark coloured sand, indicating that the protagonist is present in an area which has a factory set up.

Previously, the makers released a poster during Dussehra poster which shows Nandamuri Balakrishna Balayya in his warrior mode. Balanced on a single leg with a Trishul held in a position reminiscent of Lord Shiva. The image showcases the fierce Aghora avatar that became a hit in the first instalment, and teases fans to the sequel’s ambitious scale.

Directed by Boyapati Srinu, Akhanda 2: Thaandavam promises to expand the Akhanda universe that became a hit 2021. Popularly know as Balayya, the actor plays dual roles in the film. Aadhi Pinisetty joins the cast as the antagonist, raising expectations for a powerful face-off. Samyuktha Menon has been roped in as the female lead, with Pragya Jaiswal and Harshaali Malhotra also playing key roles.Akhanda 2, is presented by Tejaswini Nandamuri. With S Thaman back as music composer.Originally planned for a September 25 release, Akhanda 2 was postponed to allow space for additional VFX and post-production. The film will release on 5th December.
