As per sources on the internet, The Ba***ds Of Bollywood seems to be Divik's first acting outing. Until now, he's worked on several projects as an assistant. IMDb claims sme of the titles include Pahuna: The Little Visitors, Laila Majnu, Upstarts and Neha Bhasin's music video Chan Mahi.IMDb's bio for Divik reads: "Divik Sharma has assisted on multiple commercially successful projects under multiple big banner films. He started his career as a filmmaker with Pahuna, a critically acclaimed film directed by Pakhi A. Tyrewala and produced by Priyanka Chopra. Since then, he has worked closely with multiple commercial filmmakers such as Raja Menon, Prem Soni, Udai Pawar under big banners such as Netflix India and Purple Pebble Pictures."

Viewers loved to hate Divik Sharma's Shaumik

While netizens have flooded social media raising a toast for Divik's performance, many even claimed he was the real "villain" of The Ba***ds Of Bollywood. A viewer wrote on X (formerly Twitter), "Every time this character appeared on screen, I wanted to punch his face so hard. He's the most creepiest and irritating character ever.
