per latest update, Delhi High Court has issued a restraining order against websites and for using superstar Nagarjuna's name, voice, images, and other related things for the commercial use without consent. Furthermore, it has ordered all the submitted URLs to take down the links within the next 72 hours.

The Delhi High Court has officially given a strict restraining order from using Nagarjuna's name, voice and other related stuff to be used commercially, while also ordering websites to remove all URL links given in the petition within 72 hours. "Misuse of one's personality rights not only affects their economic interests but also violates their right to live with dignity. Nagarjuna is one of the biggest superstars in the country. He has a huge number of fans. If his name, likeness, voice is used commercially, it will create confusion among a large number of people," Delhi High Court said in official statement. When Nagarjuna filed petition to protect Personality Rights

On September 25, Akkineni Nagarjuna approached the Delhi High Court seeking protection of his personality rights. This move came amid growing concerns in the entertainment field over the misuse of celebrity identities. The matter was being heard by a bench headed by Justice Tejas Karia. Adv Pravin Anand representing Nagarjuna, said, ''He is an actor from the Telugu film industry, has acted in 95 films, two national awards, 9 nandi awards, 3 filmfare awards.
