The Delhi High Court has officially given a strict restraining order from using Nagarjuna's name, voice and other related stuff to be used commercially, while also ordering websites to remove all URL links given in the petition within 72 hours. "Misuse of one's personality rights not only affects their economic interests but also violates their right to live with dignity. Nagarjuna is one of the biggest superstars in the country. He has a huge number of fans. If his name, likeness, voice is used commercially, it will create confusion among a large number of people," Delhi High Court said in official statement.
