PM Modi Turns 75: From Saudi Arabia to Brazil - Full List of International Honours Conferred Upon Narendra Modi by 27 Countries
Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Wednesday wished Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his 75th birthday, praising his five decades of dedication to public welfare. Shah also said that 27 countries have honoured Modi with their highest civilian awards, reflecting his global stature.Most recently in July this year, PM Modi was conferred with Namibia's highest civilian award, the Order of the Most Ancient Welwitschia Mirabilis, by Namibian President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah. This was his 27th award and he is the first Indian leader to receive this award.Earlier, PM Modi received Brazil's highest civilian award, the Grand Collar of the National Order of the Southern Cross, from Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva on July 8. Modi's contributions to strengthening bilateral relations and enhancing India-Brazil cooperation on global platforms. This was the 26th international honour bestowed upon PM Modi by a foreign government since he assumed office in May 2014.

PM Modi also became the first foreign leader to receive The Order of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, awarded by President Christine Carla Kangaloo for his statesmanship and efforts to strengthen ties between the two countries. This was his 25th international honour.
