Can you share with us your journey towards achieving your weight loss transformation?My journey with FITTR has been truly life-changing. Like many others, I struggled with my health and weight for years, trying different diets and methods but never seeing sustainable results. It was only after joining the community and working with my coach Abhijit Singh that I found the right guidance, structure, and motivation to completely transform myself.What started as a desire to lose weight has now become a complete lifestyle shift. Today, fitness and nutrition are not just goals for me - they are habits I have built into my everyday life.
What inspired you to embark on this journey?My biggest inspiration was the realization that I wanted to live a healthier and longer life without being limited by health issues. I wanted to take control of my fitness, set an example for my family, and prove to myself that with the right mindset, discipline, and guidance, change is possible.How much did you weigh before and how much do you weigh now?When I started my journey, I weighed 112 kg. Today, I weigh 92 kg, which is not just a number but a reflection of consistent effort and discipline.How long did it take you to transform yourself?It took me around 9 months to see a complete transformation. While the physical changes were visible within a few months, the mental and lifestyle changes are what I value the most.What were some of the biggest challenges you faced along the way?Some of the toughest challenges were:
Overcoming my old eating habits and emotional eating.
Staying consistent during social events, travel, and work stress.
Dealing with moments when progress felt slow.
But with my coach’s guidance and constant support from the community, I learned how to handle these situations without falling off track.How did you stay motivated throughout your weight loss journey?Seeing small changes week after week motivated me to keep going. My coach Abhijit kept me accountable, celebrated my progress, and reminded me that consistency matters more than perfection.Can you tell us about your diet and exercise regimen during your transformation?My coach helped me design a personalized nutrition plan that was sustainable and not restrictive. I followed a calorie and protein-focused diet with flexible food choices that fit my lifestyle.For exercise, I started with simple strength training and cardio sessions and gradually improved my performance. The best part was that my workouts were not about punishing myself but about building strength and stamina.
What advice do you have for others who are looking to embark on a similar transformation journey?
Start small and stay consistent.
Don’t chase quick results, instead focus on building habits.
