Malavika Mohanan To Star In Chiranjeevi's Next With Bobby Kolli?
Chiranjeevi's film with Bobby Kolli was officially announced on the occasion of Chiranjeevi’s birthday in August along with a concept poster, and it is tentatively known as ChiruBobby2. Chiranjeevi and Bobby Kolli had previously teamed up for Waltair Veerayya, the 2023 action-thriller which became a hox office hit. Bobby Kolli’s previous film Daaku Maharaaj, which starred Nandamuri Balakrishna, released in January this year, also hit the bullseye at the box office.
Now, as per reports the makers of ChiruBobby2 are reportedly in talks with Malavika Mohanan to play the female lead in the film. ChiruBobby2, also known as Mega158, it produced by Venkat K Narayana and Lohith NK under KVN productions. While details are yet to be confirmed, Mirai director Karthik Gattamneni is reportedly on board as the cinematographer for the project.
For the unversed, Malavika Mohanan's Telugu film debut is Prabhas' The Raja Saab, which will hit screens during Sankaranti 2026. If news about her film with Chiranjeevi is true, then ChiruBobby2 will mark her second Telugu film.

Meanwhile, Malavika Mohanan recently worked with Malayalam superstar Mohanlal in Hridayapoorvam. The film, which released during Onam is a romantic comedy-drama film directed by Sathyan Anthikad from a screenplay by Sonu T P based on a story by Akhil Sathyan. It went on to earn Rs 100 crore at the box office. Produced by Antony Perumbavoor for Aashirvad Cinemas, the film also featured , Sangita Madhavan Nair, and Sangeeth Prathap, along with Siddique, Lalu Alex, Janardhanan, Baburaj, Nishan, and Sabitha Anand in key roles.
