Filming on Spider-Man: Brand New Day has been put on hold after Tom Holland sustained a minor injury on the Glasgow set. According to Deadline, the actor was briefly hospitalised and treated for a mild concussion following the accident. As per The Sun, the injury occurred during a stunt that didn’t go as planned. Sources told Deadline that Holland is recovering well and will be taking a short break out of precaution, though he’s expected to return to work in just a few days. No other cast or crew members were impacted during the incident. A production meeting has reportedly been scheduled for tomorrow to discuss adjustments to the filming timetable.

The actor was recently diagnosed with dyslexia and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). He shared how it sometimes hinders his craft and how he overcomes it, E! News reported. He said, "I have ADHD and I'm dyslexic, and I find sometimes when someone gives me a blank canvas that it can be slightly intimidating. Sometimes you are met with those challenges when developing a character."He added, "Any way that you can, as a young person or as an adult, interact with something that forces you to be creative and forces you to think outside the box and make changes. I think that the more we do that sort of stuff, the better." Tom previously shared details about how he combats his struggles with dyslexia, which he was diagnosed with at age 7.
