What is the ‘Wattpad energy’ was this even? A video was recently shared on social media, which not only left the internet divided, but also left many with a whole lot of questions! The clip-in-question
showed a man making a rangoli in front of a house’s front gate, whereas another person standing on the roof was quietly recording him. Turns out, the man making rangoli was a “random dude from college”, while the cameraperson was another female student- who lived in the said house. The man- in a typical gesture to confess his love- had allegedly ordered some ‘diyas’ from Amazon to the woman’s address- only to make a rangoli in front of her house, reading, “This Diwali Be My Patakha.”The clip showed the random man running away, as soon as the woman’s elder brother came running to the gate. The woman, on the other hand, wrote how it was a “nightmare” for her, yet she was left conflicted between thinking whether the gesture was “romantic” or “creepy”.The video went viral in an instant, leaving many reacting. Some found the incident hilarious, while some called it scripted. Most netizens found the entire thing downright creepy.Times Now could not confirm the authenticity of the post.
