According to registration documents obtained by real estate analytics film CRE Matrix, Amitabh Bachchan purchased three plots, numbered 96, 97 and 98, covering a combined area of 9557 square feet. The agreements of all the properties were registered on October 7. Big B paid Rs 39.58 lakh as a stamp duty. Let us tell you, the three prime plots in the House are in the House Of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL)’s Phase 2 development. The entire cost of it is Rs 6.60 crore. The largest amongst the three plots is 96, which is 4047 square feet with an agreement value of Rs 2.78 crore.
