Pawan Kalyan's OG Fever Grips Pradeep Ranganathan: 'Travelled To Hyderabad To Witness Power Star'

They Call Him OG or OG, released in cinemas on September 25, with paid premier show on September 24. Fans of Pawan Kalyan thronged cinema halls, to witness their idol in action in director Sujeeth's action drama.

Telugu film celebrities Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan, Nani, Varun Tej and Sai Durgha Tej have heaped praise on the film. Now, the film has gripped Tamil movie stars as well. The latest to join the OG club is Pradeep Ranganathan.

'Power Star's OG Is A Mass Experience' Says Dragon Star Pradeep Ranganathan

Sharing a video of himself from the theatre, Pradeep Ranganathan called it 'a mass experience'. He went on to say that he travelled to Hyderabad just to witness Power Star on the big screen. He posted "Nenu ippudu Hyderabad raavadaniki oke kaaranam #PowerStar #OG choodataaniki maathrame…ee mass experience ni telugu vaallatho chooddame kadha mass." (I came to Hyderabad just for one reason, it is to witness Power Star In OG, this is a mass experience and it can be experienced only in Telugu)

Pradeep Ranganthan's Dragon, went on to achieve big in Telugu-speaking states. This is an impressive feat for the young actor, as the film was dubbed in the language under the title Return of the Dragon. The film's director Ashwath Marimuthu also praised OG.

Taking to his X page on Thursday, Ashwath penned a brief note about OG, stating, “OG - truely the Original Gangster @PawanKalyan sir am sure Andhra and telangana is on fire fantastic work @Sujeethsign brother and what visuals @dop007sir ! Spellbound by @MusicThaman‘s score ".

Telugu actor Nani had posted, “What fun watching you three unleash, Pawan sir, Thaman and Sujeeth.” Meanwhile, Ram Charan wrote, “OG is not just a film. It is a festival for all Powerstar Pawan Kalyan Garu fans. Sujeeth has delivered a treat for everyone, and Thaman breathes fire with his music.”

Produced under the banner of DVV Entertainment, OG also starred Emraan Hashmi, Priyanka Mohan, Arjun Das, Prakash Raj and Sriya Reddy in the lead.
