Russian influencer Luliia Aslamova is back in the spotlight after breaking down the cost of living in Bengaluru. Previously, her video calling Bengaluru “the most livable city” in India went viral. Now,
her latest video is again attracting attention as she shares “how much life in Bengaluru really costs.”The video was shared on Instagram, and in the caption, she detailed her observations. She wrote, "Well, 11 years ago, when I came to Bangalore for my work project, everything was very reasonable for me. Maybe because my own country's currency was super strong, and I was dividing all prices by half. (My income was fixed in rubles.) I still remember the lovely 2 BHK (semi-furnished but new, fresh) in a gated community around HSR with all facilities could be rented for Rs 25k. And the Meeru cabs to the airport were around Rs 700. Now the cost of living in Bengaluru could be easily compared to several places in Europe (Spain, Portugal, Greece, or Cyprus) and my own hometown — Saint Petersburg, Russia. My monthly expenses vary depending on my optimization plan, needs, and circumstances. I can manage personal expenses as low as Rs 25-35k (none negotiable: my fitness, good nutrition, and psychologist), but family expenses are on a different level."In the video, she breaks down the expenses: Rent: Rs 1,25,000, School: Rs 30,000, Food & household: Rs 75,000, House help: Rs 45,000, Health & fitness: Rs 30,000 and Petrol: Rs 5,000
