actor Vijay Deverakonda is all set to get back on screen after the success of his film Kingdom. The actor took to social media to drop glimpses of his upcoming film (previously titled VD15) Produced by Allu Arjun's father and renowned filmmaker Allu Sirish. Now, the movie VD 15 has received a new title SVC59, and interestingly, the movie will feature Keerthy Suresh opposite Vijay.

Taking to X (Formerly known as Twitter), the Arjun Reddy star penned a note for the director and his fans. He wrote, " Every time i meet him, i feel like starting the film immediately and unleashing Ravi's passion and vision… now finally we take it to sets this month. @storytellerkola @KeerthyOfficial @SVC_official." He added, "Very excited and keen to join this team and bring you a beautiful character full of fire and love." In the video posted alongside the clip, Vijay is seen entering the premises of an area where the Mahuraj puja for the film was taking place. Vijay Deverakonda was last seen in Kingdom, an action thriller written and directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri. Co-produced by Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya under the banners of Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas, the film also stars Satyadev and Bhagyashri Borse. Intended as the first part of a duology, the story follows a police officer who goes undercover on a mission that unexpectedly reunites him with his estranged brother, a smuggler. Kingdom received mixed reviews at the box office.Meanwhile, Keerthy Suresh's most recent appearance was in Uppu Kappurambu, a comedy-drama produced by Ellanar Films and released on Amazon Prime Video. Directed by Ani I. V. Sasi with a screenplay by Vasanth Maringanti, the film adds a lighter touch to her filmography.
