The Odyssey: Elliot Page On REUNITING With Christopher Nolan After 15 Years Of Inception - 'I Was Completely Jazzed'
Elliot Page is set to reunite with Christopher Nolan after 15 years, in the upcoming mega production, The Odyssey. Elliot, who collaborated with the legendary filmmaker in Inception, shared his excitement,
and how it was working with him back in the 2010 Hollywood classic. The Odyssey is the Oscar-winning director's next, starring an esteemed line-up including Matt Damon, Tom Holland and Anne Hathaway.

Elliot told Variety, "I was so excited to be thought of for [‘The Odyssey’] and to be asked to come back to work with him. I loved working with him on ‘Inception’ and loved being a part of that movie. I was just completely jazzed and excited, and [I] basically went and met with Chris and talked about the part, then sat in a room and read the script. It was such a joy to come back."The 38-year-old was speaking on the sidelines of X-Men: Days of Future Past panel at New York City Comic Con. "To come back now, as you can imagine, being more comfortable in yourself makes these sorts of projects more enjoyable. To get to have a Chris Nolan experience again now meant so much to me selfishly," Elliot added.

Christopher Nolan is set to launch a full-scale cinematic siege with The Odyssey. Starring Matt Damon, Zendaya, Elliot Page, Tom Holland, Charlize Theron, Anne Hathaway, Robert Pattinson, Lupita Nyong'o, Jon Bernthal, and Mia Goth, the mega project is currently under production. It incorporated locations in Morocco, Greece, Italy, Scotland, L.A., and now Iceland, Ireland, London and more.Reportedly being made at an enormous budget of around $250 million, the film will utilize brand-new, state-of-the-art IMAX cameras and have Nolan's frequent collaborator, cinematographer Hoyte Van Hoytema being the lens.

An initial teaser for the movie released exclusively in theaters ahead of Jurassic World Rebirth. It featured Holland's character Telemachus, Odysseus' son, speaking with a character portrayed by Jon Bernthal, as well as the voice of John Leguizamo, who holds an as-of-yet undisclosed role in The Odyssey.The Odyssey is expected to release in theatres on July 17, 2026. Universal Pictures is backing the epic, which will be released in IMAX.
