He is surrounded by a group of people. The poster release coincides with the anticipation around the film’s release in 2026.

The film directed by Maruthi, was first set to hit theatres in December this year, however, it was postponed following a delay in VFX work. Speaking in a recent interview, People Media Factory head said that a senior VFX supervisor, who had been brought on board to handle the film’s extensive visual work, had failed to deliver results for months. “We were supposed to release the film in April 2025, but the supervisor didn’t do any of the work until October 2024,” he said, adding that the technician was “busy with other projects like Pushpa 2,” leaving The Raja Saab midway.

The Raja Saab is gearing up for a release on January 9, 2026 coinciding with the Sankranthi festival season. This date is expected to draw large crowds to cinemas. The cast features Malavika Mohanan, Nidhhi Agerwal, and Ridhhi Kumar in lead roles. Bollywood actors Sanjay Dutt and Boman Irani play key roles in the film. The film is a horror-comedy which is set to bring in a new shade of Prabhas' versatility.The film is produced by TG Vishwa Prasad and Krithi Prasad under the People Media Factory banner. Music for the upcoming film is composed by Thaman.
