Bigg Boss 19 Episode 62 Written Updates: Mridul Becomes Captain, Tanya Distances Herself From Amaal

latest episode of Bigg Boss 19, aired on October 24, began with the housemates naming two contestants who they wish to see as the new captain. Mridul Tiwari and Pranit More received the maximum votes. Mridul was elected as the captain for the week. He sought Kunickaa and Gaurav’s blessings. Gaurav discussed the captaincy task with Pranit, Ashnoor and Abhishek. He said the other group will never accept Abhishek and Ashnoor as captains and asked them why they wasted votes by nominating each other. In the bathroom, Gaurav told Ashnoor that the other group members talk to her but dislike her.

Shehbaz, Malti argue

Shehbaz and Malti argued. When the latter questioned his family vlogs, he hit back at her. Malti asked Shehbaz about his family’s achievements, drawing a sharp reaction from him. He questioned her as retaliation about her family’s achievements. Tanya refuses to eat

Tanya refused to have dinner. At the dining table, Neelam asked Farrhana to give her food. She denied, but Malti agreed to feed Tanya. However, Tanya denied having food served by Malti. Neelam offered halwa made by Kunickaa. She kept the bowl aside. A crack in Neelam and Tanya’s friendship could be seen.

Gaurav enters kitchen

While Mridul was dividing duties, Abhishek said Gaurav should be given kitchen responsibilities. Gaurav looked furious and claimed he couldn't cook. Mridul had to assign the duty to Gaurav. Neelam was appointed for the duty to help Gaurav. He warned Abhishek not to cross the line and provoke him. Pranit spoke to Abhishek about it. When Abhishek said Gaurav hasn't done anything in the house up until now, Pranit asked him about his activities. In the bedroom, Pranit hugged Gaurav and Mridul.

Tanya breaks down

Tanya broke down when Shehbaz and Farrhana tried to talk to her. Emotionally, she accepted allegations like 'being fake'. In the morning, she was seen talking to a prop, and said she doesn't have any friends in the house. Tanya discussed Neelam's attitude towards her and how she expects her to talk to people who are in her good books. She refused to mend her friendship with Neelam.

Farrhana vs Neelam and Malti

Following a task, Farrhana slammed Neelam for her attitude. When Malti defended Neelam, Farrhana called her 'ghatiya aurat'. In the garden area, Tanya questioned Neelam for her hypocrisy and called her 'dogla'. Neelam said she is possessive about her relationships, and those who love her should know that. Neelam expressed her frustration towards Farrhana.

Tanya, Farrhana decide to limit conversations

Tanya told Farrhana that Neelam is possessive about her and that their friendship would break her heart. They agreed to limit their conversations to protect Tanya's friendship with Neelam. Kunickaa played mediator between Tanya and Neelam. In the kitchen, Neelam called Farrhana 'ghar bigadu'.

Amaal and Tanya fight

Amaal entered the conversation and slammed Tanya. Frustrated with the constant fight, he called her 'kone mein rone wale log' and claimed she would draw attention and sympathy during Weekend Ka Vaar. After Tanya left, he told Neelam to stop chasing Tanya and not make a fool out of herself on a public platform. The episode ended with Tanya making an attempt to talk to Neelam, but she clearly refused.
