During captaincy task, contestants were asked to either deliver or shred emotional letters from their families. Farhana chose to shred Neelam Giri’s letter, calling it a strategic move. However, her decision left Neelam in tears and angered several housemates, particularly Amaal Mallik, who accused Farhana of being insensitive. The disagreement soon escalated, with Amaal losing his temper, snatching Farhana’s food plate and throwing it on the ground. The situation worsened when he made a personal remark, saying, “Tu aur teri maa dono B-grade ho,” a comment that drew shock from contestants and sparked outrage online.
