'Raha Gave Me 43 Kisses,' Blushes Dad Ranbir Kapoor: It's Been A Perfect Birthday
Ranbir Kapoor returned to Mumbai from a family vacation just in time to celebrate his 43rd birthday. The actor chose to keep the celebration low-key, with his wife Alia Bhatt and daughter Raha Kapoor.
Surprising fans, Kapoor did a live interactive session on his clothing brand, ARKS’ official Instagram page. Answering a fan’s query about his birthday plan, the Animal star revealed that his daughter’s sweet gesture moved him.

During the live session, Ranbir said, “I spent the entire day with Alia and Raha. Raha made me a promise that she would give me 43 kisses, and I got that. She made me a beautiful card, which really moved me. It’s been a perfect birthday.” As he spoke about his daughter, the smile on his face couldn’t be ignored.

In a viral video, the actor said, “Hi, I want to take this moment to say thank you to all of you for all the love and wishes coming to me on my birthday. I’m 43 years old today. As you can see, a lot of greys in my beard. It keeps increasing year by year. But a lot of gratitude in my heart for my family, for my friends, for my work, and mostly for all you guys. Thank you so much for your time. You make me feel so special.” While Ranbir spoke, a scream could be heard in the background. Raha’s ‘cameo’ in the video made it even special.

Workwise, Ranbir’s next release would be Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love & War. The film also stars Alia and Vicky Kaushal. Besides Love & War, he has Ramayana: The Introduction releasing on Diwali 2026. Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, the mythological film will see the actor playing Lord Ram alongside Yash, Sai Pallavi, Sunny Deol, Ravie Dubey and many others. Ramayana’s second part comes in Diwali 2027.
