Swift obtains Temporary Restraining Order against Wagner

The August singer has issued a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) against the stalker which requires him to stay 100 yards away from her. However, private investigator Brooke Berg, in legal filings, has stated that the has avoided phone calls and attempts to serve court papers, which has prevented the order from being made permanent.
