The case, currently being heard in the Delhi High Court, has been brought forth by Sunjay’s children from his first marriage, Samaira and Kiaan, with their mother, actress Karisma Kapoor, acting as legal guardian.

In 2017, Sunjay married model Priya Sachdev, with whom he shares a son, Azarias. He also co-parented Priya’s daughter, Safira Chatwal, from her previous marriage.
