And on October 20th, people across India, including celebrities, will celebrate Diwali - the festival of lights. Ahead of that, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actor Rohan Mehra exclusively interacted with Zoom/ Telly Talk. In conversation with us, Rohan reminisced fond memories of Diwali on YRKKH set. The actor also shared how he plans to celebrate the festival this year.

Speaking exclusively to us, Rohan went down memory lane and shared how he celebrated Diwali on Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai set with his co-stars. "A few years back, when I was doing Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Diwali always felt extra special. We used to celebrate it right on set — with Hina Khan, Ashnoor Kaur, Karan Mehra and the whole team. Even while shooting the Diwali sequences, the vibe was so festive that it never felt like work. The lights, laughter, sweets and that sense of family — those are memories I’ll always cherish."The actor further recalled the one Diwali memory from childhood that instantly takes him back home. And while Rohan's Diwali celebration in childhood was all about sweets, diyas and bursting crackers, the actor wants to 'keep it simple' this year. He intends to keep it intimate with his family members."This Diwali, I just want to keep it simple — some quiet time with family, the puja at home, meeting close friends and reliving that old-school festive vibe.
