Kareena Kapoor 'Sulks' If Saif Ali Khan Gets More Hugs From Taimur, Jeh; Reveals Who Is More 'Relaxed' Parent

gave fans a heartwarming peek into her family life. Appearing on her sister-in-law Soha Ali Khan’s podcast, All About Her, Kareena spoke candidly about parenting, her dynamic with Saif, and the little quirks that make their family bond so special.

Saif is a chill father, claims Kareena

The actress began by explaining how her and Saif’s parenting styles differ. “Both Saif and me are very different because obviously he has been a father before. He is a lot more experienced,” Kareena said. “I think he is an amazing father to all his four children. He is extremely brave, loving, caring, always there.”She went on to describe how Saif’s calm demeanor balances out her slightly overprotective nature. “If I am going wrong because I tend to be over protective or a helicopter mom, he is always like, no, listen, relax. You have to understand. You have to be the calm one. So, I think he is the more relaxed parent and I sometimes get obviously a little hyper but I think that kind of balances it out.”

Saif-Kareena are competitive parents!

The couple, known for their effortless chemistry, also share some playful competition when it comes to their kids’ affection. Kareena laughed as she revealed, “Yeah, we’re very competitive as to who gets more hugs that’s for sure. Because if they hug me more then he goes into a sulk and if they hug him more I get into a sulk. So that’s also fun because we are also learning through that.”Kareena further praised Saif for the way he connects with their sons, especially when it comes to spending quality time together. “I also feel that fathers are also there to make friends with their boys, to understand and make them feel comfortable in a lot of things. So he does a lot of that and obviously I kind of do a lot of the planning and like what they’re wearing, where they are going, who they are playing with, what they are eating, all the regular kind of stuff, which is also fun.”The actress shared how Saif loves being the fun parent. “But I think that he is more into like playing sport with them and he plays cricket and football or like he loves playing the guitar and jumps with them more. So I think we kind of balance it out but yeah,” she said with a smile.

Who gets angry - Saif or Kareena?

Kareena also revealed that while neither she nor Saif ever gets “really angry,” their kids do know who to take seriously when it’s time to listen. “None of us ever get really angry. But if there is one thing that they have to say like if you have to get something done you have to say okay you know Abba get really angry. Because I think somewhere the two boys, more than me, they are scared of Saif.”Looks like the couple is doing parenting just right!
