Mumbai Man Helps Deliver A Baby At Railway Station- ‘3 Idiots-Style’! Gets Guided By Doctor On Video Call
Times Now
Imagine being born at a railway station with the help of a stranger who himself helped in the delivery– by getting guided by a doctor- on a VIDEO CALL! Sounds like some ‘3-Idiots’ stuff, correct? Well,
that is because that is exactly what happened with this little boy who was born at Mumbai’s Ram Mandir station! A video was recently shared on social media, which showed a man- Vikas Bedre- shaking in excitement and shock- after helping a pregnant woman deliver her baby with the help of a doctor on a video call. As per the post, the newborn’s family was returning from a hospital that had refused to admit the woman. The already stressed family fell into deeper trouble, after around 1 AM- the baby came ‘halfway out’ of the woman’s womb. Stepping up on time, Bedre pulled the train’s chain and then helped with the delivery at the station.Fortunately for the family and the baby, the little one- a boy- was born without issue. Luckily, an ambulance also reached the station after a while. The clip showed the family thanking the last-minute saviour, while also carrying the mother-son duo to the hospital. The video, and the ‘brave’ man, went viral in an instant, gaining major appreciation. Most netizens lauded his courage and calmness over the entire matter, while some criticized the hospital for denying the woman’s admission.Times Now could not confirm the details and the authenticity of the post.

“This man is truly brave — words aren’t enough to describe him. It all started around 1 AM at Ram Mandir station, when he pulled the train’s emergency chain to stop it. I still get chills saying this — the woman’s baby was halfway out, half inside and half outside. At that very moment, it truly felt like God had sent this brother there for a reason,” the post read. “We all tried our best — we called several doctors, but the ambulance was taking time to arrive. Finally, a female doctor guided him over a video call, and he did exactly what she instructed. His courage in that moment was beyond words. Earlier, the woman’s family had taken her to a nearby hospital, but shockingly, they were told that the delivery couldn’t be done there, so they had to bring her back on the train,” the post continued. “It’s truly shameful that a hospital refused to help a mother in such a situation. That night, this man became the reason two lives were saved. Many people were just watching and walking away, but we couldn’t — because we are human. If you ever get a chance to help someone, take it as a sign from God and do it, my friends. He saved both the mother and the baby’s lives, and together we made sure she reached the hospital safely. I can’t even express in words what I’m feeling right now,” the post concluded. The post was shared on Instagram, by the handle ‘Manjeet Dhillon’. The post was shared 2 days ago and pulled more than 79K views from people.
