Homebound had its world premiere at the Cannes Film Festival earlier this year and was later selected as India’s official entry for the 2026 Oscars. Released in theatres on September 26, the film has deeply touched audiences with its raw storytelling.The story follows Shoaib and Chandan, two migrant workers whose lives are upended by the Covid-19 crisis.
