35 Years Later, Vikram's Stardom Honoured By Son Dhruv Vikram With THIS Special Gesture

Mari Selvaraj's directorial Bison Kaalamaadan, a sports drama stars iconic actor Vikram's son Dhruv Vikram play the lead. The film is all set to release on October 17, coinciding with the festival of Diwali.

Dhruv Vikram's Bison Shares A Special Connect With Vikram's 1990 Film

Dhruv Vikram's Bison shares the same release date as his father Vikram's debut film released 35 years ago En Kadhal Kanmani. It is interesting to note that the makers and Dhruv Vikram have chosen this date, as a way of honouring Vikram's legacy. Dhruv Vikram has recently called Bison his film 'debut', and given that his 'debut' film gets the same release date as his father's debut, makes it a special. Talking about his reintroduction in films, Dhruv Vikram said "I have acted in two films so far, but I don't consider them my first films. Bison is my real first film, I have put 100% effort into this film. So, I hope you will feel that effort when you watch it in the theater.”

Touted to be a sports drama Bison Kaalamaadan stars Dhruv Vikram in the lead, other members of the cast include Anupama Parameshwaran, Pasupathy, Ameer, Lal, Rajisha Vijayan, Azhagam Perumal, Aruvi Madhan, and Anurag Arora.

The film has music composed by Nivas K Prasanna, cinematography handled by Ezhil Arasu K and editing by Sakthi Thiru.It is jointly produced by Sameer Nair, Deepak Seigal, Pa. Ranjith and Aditi Anand under Applause Entertainment and Neelam Studios.
