Sai Srinivas and Anupama Parameswaran’s Kishkindhapuri which released in theatres on September 12 is winning praise from film lovers. While positive reviews are pouring in, the psychological horror film directed by Koushik Pegallapati, has secured its digital streaming partner. Where To Watch Kishkindhapuri After Its Theatrical Run
According to 123Telugu and OTTplay, the film's post-theatrical streaming rights have been acquired by ZEE5, and the film will premiere in the second week of October 2025. Interestingly, Zee Telugu has bagged the satellite rights.Directed by Koushik Pegallapati, Kishkindhapuri the film combines horror and psychological themes as well. The story revolves around a group of people on a haunted house tour. Things take a dark turn as mysterious deaths begin to occur. While it has already been revealed that Anupama Parameswaran plays a negative character the story offers much more than this. Sandy Master's role in the film has also received appreciation.
Ahead of the film's release Bellamkona Sai Srinivas told Gulte, “What is cinema? If you’re invested in a film for two and a half hours and haven’t looked at your phone, that’s a success. And I think Kishkindhapuri will give that. If anyone looks at their phone after watching Kishkindhapuri for ten minutes, I will leave the film industry. Be it the story or the sound, it is that interesting. We put in a lot of effort to give the audience a good experience.”
According to Sacnilk.com early estimates, the film saw a slight drop and earned Rs 1.65 crore on day 4. The horror movie minted Rs Rs 9.40 crore in four days at the box office which is an impressive feat considering it clashed with Teja Sajja's Mirai.Kishkindhapuri's supporting cast features performers like Tanikella Bharani, Srikanth Iyenger, Hyper Aadi, Sudarshan, and Makrand Deshpande. Backed by Shine Screens and produced by Sahu Garapati, the film has been made on a budget of around Rs 25 crore.
