He said, "When you're appreciated for what you do, it feels good. There are moments when you're sitting with your family at the dinner table, talking about achievements like winning a national award." Further, he added, "Things have changed. Today, my wife and I can't easily go out and have pani puri like we used to. Now, we prefer to take vacations outside the country. Earlier, we'd drive to Lonavla or Goa and relax on the beach without any hassle."

Sharing details on his 7-month-long detox from films, Massey quoted, "I saw all my films, and sometimes it's good to revisit them. Going back to the drawing board was essential because, despite being conventionally successful, people thought I was just riding a wave. But I felt it was the perfect time to reassess and improve."
