Kantara Chapter 1: Atlee Reviews Rishab Shetty's Film, Calls It 'Mind-blowing!'

Director Atlee, who is busy working on his upcoming project with Allu Arjun, was recently spotted at an event, where he expressed admiration for Rishab Shetty's recently released film Kantara Chapter 1.

At the event, the filmmaker was seen taking questions from reporters, when one member of the press asked him about his views of Kantara Chapter 1.

Speaking at the event, Atlee said "Yes I have watched Kantara, and I spoke to Rishab. My god...it was mind-blowing. It has given great confidence to the filmmakers."

Noted filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma took to X to heap praise on the film’s craftsmanship, writing, “KANTAAAARRRAAA is FANTAAAASTICCCC... Produced by Hombale Films, Kantara: Chapter 1 serves as a prequel to the National Award-winning 2022 hit and has earned Rs 509 crore against a reported budget of Rs 125 crore. The film stars Rukmini Vasanth, Gulshan Devaiah, and Jayaram in key roles.
