Riding high on the success of The Ba***ds of Bollywood, Bobby recently sat for an exclusive interview with Times Now Group Editor-in-Chief Navika Kumar. In the free-wheeling conversation, the actor recalled how his wife, Tanya Deol, supported him during his bad times. The Ba***ds of Bollywood actor mentioned that Tanya never gave up on him.

Going down memory lane, Bobby opened up about the time his films struggled to work. "When you go through a bad time in your career, you start feeling unwanted. You literally get ignored. That's how ruthless the world is. It looks more ruthless because that is the normal way of dealing in your work or profession. When you are not doing well, people don't look at you or ask you for anything. But it feels ruthless to the person to whom it is happening," he said.

The actor further revealed how his wife supported him during his low phase. "My wife was the only one who said 'Why do you have low self-esteem? You are so amazing and good looking. You are so good at work as an actor. Why are you doing this to yourself?' I couldn't understand at that point. And she's handled all that. I give credit to her because she has stood by me for all these years. Next year, we will complete 30 years of marriage. She is my backbone. She's believed in me and I can't do anything without her. Whatever I am, is because of her in many ways."
