13th Some Lessons Aren’t Taught In Classrooms Trailer: Paresh Pahuja, Gagan Dev Riar's Drama To Release On THIS Date

Sony LIV’s 13th: Some Lessons Aren’t Taught in Classrooms features a successful student returning to help his mentor and teacher realise his dream. The drama series starring Paresh Pahuja and Gagan Dev Riar is set to premiere on October 1. The Hindi show is inspired by Mohit Tyagi, the mathematics teacher and founder of the education startup Competishun.

The release date was unveiled online with the caption, "Not all lessons are learnt in classrooms; this one goes beyond. #13th streaming from 1st Oct on Sony LIV #13thOnSonyLIV." Paresh plays a venture capitalist, Ritesh, who is tired of the same old formula. He gives up everything to return to see his mentor, MT Sir, played by Scam 2003 star Gagan Dev Riar. Ritesh leaves his boardroom to help his teacher bring to life his dream of a new ed-tech.

Produced under the banner About Films, the producer and showrunner of the series is Abhishek Dhandharia. The show is created and written by Sameer Mishra and directed by Nishil Sheth. The ensemble cast includes Girija Oak Godbole, Pradnya Motghare, Abhishek Ranjan, Keshav Mehta, Jai Kishan, Ashish Raghav, Ajay Chakraborty, and Rajendra Bhatia.
