at the Paris Fashion Week. Though many fans laughed at the reason and connection that triggered the reports, others are wondering if there's indeed any reality to it.

For the unversed, V slayed the Celine show at PFW earlier this month. While his photos burned the internet, it was one specific moment that went viral. In one video that surfaced, V was seen heartly eating a croissant. Fans found it too cute to miss, and in stark contrast to his beautiful face card.

Soon after, Jennie was there for Chanel's show. Amid making headlines in her own manner, Jennie was asked during a interview about her favourite French word. In her shy reply, she uttered, "croissant" with a laugh. "I’m gonna be stupid and say croissant. I love croissant."While her answer seemed harmless, the timing of her comment caught attention considering it came right after V's viral croissant moment. But, their fans went on a defensive mode.
