Taking to social media, the actor- Kanchan Khilare- who played the role of Ghafoor’s daughter- revealed her identity. For context, apart from reading the casting and credits, fans had no other way of knowing who Ghafoor’s daughter was, as the character was under a ‘burkha’ the entire time. Khilare began her video

by explaining how she was not planning to reveal about the role, stating how she took it as something small, as her face was not visible in any of the scenes. However, after her friends anyways recognised her and began to congratulate her, the actor realised that the opportunity was actually huge and that there was nothing to be ashamed of for playing a minor role. All in all, not only was the post an ‘identity reveal’, but it was also something positive that Khilare seemingly ended up learning. The video went viral and left many impressed.
