Bobby Deol All Praise For The Ba***ds Of Bollywood Director Aryan KhanDuring an exclusive chat with Times Now's Navika Kumar, Bobby recalled saying an instant yes to the makers. He explained, "Because I know how difficult it is, even being from the industry, to be superstar’s Shah Rukh’s son, the kind of pressure he has, and if he is trying
to do something which is the most difficult job to do—as a director—then I have to be there for him."The Gupt actor continued, "I have my boys, they want to get into this industry, and the kind of person Shah Rukh is, the kind of respect Shah Rukh has always given, and the way he makes you feel special. He is a lot like how my father is. They came the hard way and they achieved so much success and yet they are so amazing. I just wanted to be there."But the young director insisted on narrating the script himself. They sat down for seven hours, and Bobby still said yes. He shared, "I just got taken in by his conviction, etailing, conviction, his fire, his writing, his wicked sense of humor, his maturity as a director—how to understand every age and write about that character."Bobby Deol Calls Aryan Khan 'Mature, Calm'Deol also recalled meeting Aryan at a party about a year ago, where a brief half-hour chat left him impressed by his unique qualities. He added that even before working on the sets, he found Aryan to be remarkably grounded and well-organised. "I just felt so lucky. Now I feel really lucky that it’s become a cult, and I am so proud of him. If The Ba***ds of Bollywood has got the success and the love it’s getting, it’s because of Aryan Khan," said Bobby and shared that the star kid's best quality as a director is listening to his actors and making them feel extremely comfortable."He was so mature and so calm. There was not a single day on the set where he lost his cool. He never raised his voice. Never spoke loudly. He was always calm," added the Aashram actor, before joking, "But nichod diya usne humko ek dum. Matlabb takes pe takes karaata tha agar milta nahi tha kuch usko."
