Mahesh Babu, the lead of SS Rajamouli's upcoming film shared a happy picture of the two, with a special post. The caption read "Wishing the one and only @ssrajamouli a very Happy Birthday…The best is always yet to come..Have a great one sir".

SS Rajamouli is presently busy with their film SSMB 29. Recently, reports suggested that Globe Trotter and Varanasi are some of the titles in consideration. An official announcement regarding the project, along are set to be out soon. Apart from Mahesh Babu, SSMB 29 also features Priyanka Chopra and Prithviraj Sukumaran in the key roles.Jr NTR, who worked with SS Rajamouli in films such as RRR and Student No 1 shared a BTS picture. Interestingly, this message comes hours after a report by Bollywood Hungama claimed that Jr NTR has decided to withdraw from SS Rajamouli’s movie on the father of Indian cinema, Dadasaheb Phalke, which will be directed by the filmmaker’s son, SS Karthikeya.

Ram Charan, who was seen in SS Rajamouli's RRR, shared a post which read "Happy Birthday to one of the greatest filmmakers of our time, my dearest @ssrajamouli garu."
