Amidst all, Rashmika Mandanna recently announced the release date of her next film, The Girlfriend, in which she stars opposite Dheekshith Shetty.

Rashmika Mandanna dropped the announcement teaser on her Instagram handle and captioned it as, “I know you guys have been waiting on this one and here it isss.. #TheGirlfriend in theatres from NOVEMBER 7th, 2025. In Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam.” In the teaser, Rashmika Mandanna and Dheekshith Shetty are seen sitting in a restaurant and give their order. During their conversation, the duo ask each other if they are sure of staying together for the rest of their lives. The video indeed leaves the audience intrigued as the actors appeal to the fans to come to the theatre on November 7, 2025 (release date), to find the answer. The film will be released in Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada and Tamil.
