During an interaction with us, Rishab Shetty was asked about the comparison between North and South industries. For the unversed, many South Indian films are being made for pan-India and performing exceedingly well at the box office. Films like Pushpa, Baahubali, KGF, Kantara and others are some of the best examples of it. When asked about the same, Rishab Shetty said that the industry needs young writers and filmmakers. He said, “New filmmakers in the South and North are exploring nicely. Every industry has its ups and downs. You need to research more and understand what our audience wants. We need writers and filmmakers from the new generation so that they can bring new concepts and ideas.
