70th Filmfare Awards 2025 With Gujarat Tourism: Nitanshi Goel, Lakshya Named Best Debutants For Laapataa Ladies, Kill

The 70th Filmfare Awards 2025 event is being held today (October 11) in Ahmedabad. Bollywood’s big celebrities, such as Shah Rukh Khan, Karan Johar, Alia Bhatt, Kriti Sanon, Sanya Malhotra and others,

attended the mega award night in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Filmfare is known for honouring exceptional talent and great bodies of work by people each year. Best Debut awards for male and female have already been announced. Lakshya and Nitanshi Goel won best debutants' awards for their performances in Kill and Laapataa Ladies, respectively.

Best Debut Male And Female Awards Go To...

Several newcomers were nominated for the prestigious award as they made their debuts in the film industry with some amazing films. For the male category, Guru Randhawa (Kuch Khattaa Ho Jaay), Jibraan Khan (Ishq Vishk Rebound), Kshitij Chauhan (Vedaa), Lakshya (Kill) and Sparsh Shrivastava (Laapataa Ladies). After the tough competition, Lakshya managed to win the Best Male Debut award at the 71st Filmfare Awards 2025. On the other hand, the female category also had tough competition. Ahilya Bamroo (I Want To Talk), Anjini Dhawan (Binny And Family), Dhvani Bhanushali (Kahan Shuru Kahan Khatam), Nitanshi Goel and Pratibha Ranta (Laapataa Ladies) and Pashmina Roshan (Ishq Vishk Rebound).
