per recent reports, Steve Martin has been diagnosed with COVID-19. With this, the actor and comedian has cancelled two of his upcoming shows in Virginia along with fellow comedian Martin Short.
Steve Martin cancels Virginia shows
Taking to his official Instagram handle, Steve Martin has announced the cancellation of his two Virginia shows along with Only Murders In The Building co-star. He wrote, "Dear Virginia Beach and Richmond. Sadly, I have come down with Covid. I can’t possibly do the shows that you deserve. So Marty and I must cancel tonight & tomorrow. Last month, during his 80th birthday, Martin told fans during an Only Murders In The Building Emmy FYC pandel at the Television Academy's Televerse festival that, "I shot a little one-day scene at Disneyland on my birthday, August 14, two days ago, and it was in the magic shop where I worked when I was 15. I’m standing on the exact same spot that I stood on when I was 15!
