Mumbai Metro’s ‘Fantastic Facility’ For Bicyclists Fails To Impress Internet: ‘Not For Country Like India’

When it comes to population, we sure are ‘first’ in terms of ‘position’, but the position ‘first’ itself is not exactly the best to be! From more mouths to feed and more scarcity of natural resources to more unemployment resulting in access labour and overcrowding everywhere- being the most populated nation in the world seemingly comes with its own set of back draws. Something similar is what most netizens pointed out after a Mumbai metro video was shared on social media. The clip showed a bicyclist joyfully parking her bicycle inside the Mumbai metro- a unique feature that the metro has had since 2022. However, as soon as the clip went viral, most netizens commented how such a feature was ‘useless’ for a ‘country like India’, as it’s easy for metros

in India to get overcrowded.Many commented about the possible issues that bicyclists may face inside a crowded metro- as the presence of a cycle will only create hassle for others.
