In a heartbreaking incident, a youth who had gone to meet his girlfriend near her house died after coming in contact with an electric wire.The tragedy took place under Sadar police station area in Dhenkanal district.According to reports, the victim, identified as Biswajit Behera, had gone to meet his girlfriend following her invitation. Superintendent of Police Abhinav Sonkar confirmed that a case has been registered under Section 403 and an investigation is underway.The SP said, "Based on preliminary information, it appears to be a case of electrocution, but the exact cause of death will be known only after investigation. The incident occurred late on the night of September 28th, although the victim's family has filed a complaint alleging murder."
