Well, it was for the office’s Diwali party, which was allegedly ‘mandatory’ to attend. Yes, an office Diwali party that required ‘100 per cent attendance’. As per the post, unlike team members, managers were supposed to contribute Rs 2000! The post went viral in an instant, leaving netizens reacting in all kinds of ways.Most found the entire idea bizarre and embarrassing for the organisation, while some pointed out how the office had the ‘audacity’ to use the hashtag ‘boozeonthehouse’ after asking for a contribution. Many also pointed out the other text, which read ‘back to your seats in the next 5 minutes’. As per most netizens, the other text sounded more like a ‘teacher asking students to be back after lunch break’! “Hi Everyone!
