Emotional Mukerji Family Gathering

This year’s Puja carried an emotional note for the Mukerji family. Kajol, Rani, and Tanishaa attended their family pandal while remembering their late uncle, Deb Mukherjee, who passed away in March 2025. Known for hosting grand Durga Puja celebrations annually, his absence was deeply felt, blending joy with nostalgia.Kajol looked graceful in a cream silk saree paired with a red blouse, while Rani chose a white saree with a delicate floral border. Cousin Ayan Mukerji attended in a traditional white kurta-pajama, and Tanishaa Mukerji added vibrance in a lemon saree. A video of the sisters hugging with tears in their eyes went viral, reflecting the emotional weight of the occasion.

Kajol’s Work Front

On the professional front, Kajol is currently seen in Season 2 of her courtroom drama The Trial on JioHotstar. She also appeared recently in Sarzameen, co-starring Ibrahim Ali Khan and Prithviraj Sukumaran, and is hosting a talk show titled Two Much alongside Twinkle Khanna.
